  • Processing Time: All orders are processed within 2-3 business days. Please note that we do not ship on weekends or holidays.

    Shipping Methods: We partner with reliable shipping providers to ensure your order arrives safely. Shipping rates are calculated at checkout and are based on your location and order size.

    Delivery Estimates: Since we carefully curate our collections, items may ship from different locations. You can expect your order to arrive within 7-14 business days.

    Tracking: Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email containing your tracking information so you can follow your package's journey all the way to your door.

  • To provide you with the best selection of wedding accessories, we partner with specialized suppliers. This means your items may be shipped directly from our fulfillment partners to ensure they reach you as quickly as possible. Some items may ship separately and arrive in different packages.

  • Yes! Once your order is processed and leaves the fulfillment facility, you will receive a tracking link via email.

  • We are always here to help! Please reach out to our team at contact@honestybridalco.com with your order number and we will get back to you as soon as possible ( usually within 1-2 business days with the exception of major US holidays).

  • If an item arrives damaged or defective, incorrect or missing items, you must report it within 21 days of delivery. Please submit valid video or photo evidence showing how the item is damaged or defective. For missing or incorrect products, please include images of the item received, original packaging, and shipping label. You can submit this to contact@honestybridalco.com. A full refund or replacement will be issued upon confirmation.

    *PLEASE NOTE: Defective packaging alone does not qualify for returns or replacement if the product still functions properly.

  • Unfortunately, since Honesty Bridal passes direct savings onto our valued customers we cannot accept returns due to "change of heart" at this time. Return and restocking fees would cause our product prices to increase. Our mission is to offer you quality products at an affordable price that beats the industry-standard "wedding tax".
